The best and I truly mean the BEST surgeon. I had a rhino/septoplasty done August of 2023 and I could not be happier with my nose. My new nose quite literally changed my life… I was in a car accident 2 months after my surgery. This accident broke my freshly healed nose and I contacted Dr. Sina immediately about this and within a few days he was fixing my nose and had it looking exactly the way it did before the accident in no time. Back in 2015 Dr. Sina did my very first lip injections. I already have pretty full lips but I wanted to plump them up a little bit and even out my bottom lip. I was very nervous at first but Dr. Sina made me feel very comfortable and I was so impressed with the outcome. Another thing I loved was not getting more treatments pushed on me. I first saw Dr. Mehdi at the Real Self Modern beauty event. I was scared, but the process was not bad at all; they numb your lips. The procedure does not hurt because of the numbing cream. Your lips will be swollen; my lips were bruised; it lasts for two days, and then the day after the treatment, I stood home and did not go to work because it was noticeable that my lips were done. I love them; they look natural and pillowy. I can't wait to do some more work on my face. He walked me through it the process I felt comfortable he made suggestions and listened understood exactly what I wanted. I love my lips they look, and feel so perfect:) less

Where some doctors may overuse fillers that caused a lumpy look, I left looking flawless with zero downtime. I loved the natural looking results while he corrected the little lines and imperfections that bothered me. He gave me a much needed boost of confidence and I felt great after my post-quarantine visit. He is also so sweet and made me feel comfortable right away. Will definitely be returning for the rest of my procedures.

I have wanted a rhinoplasty/septoplasty since I was 15 years old, but was terrified to pull the trigger, until I met Dr. Sina via a referral from another patient. Dr. Sina made much needed changes that improved my overall look and breathing, but made it subtle enough so that people that know me wouldn’t know I had surgery (if I didn’t already tell them). I had met with other facial plastic surgeons that showed me before/afters of patients where they all had the exact same nose, despite having different facial structures and looks. With great surprise, I had minimal pain and bruising (you can see from my day 5 photo in the cast). I don’t know if I just got lucky, or if Dr. Sina was just very gentle in his process — but I appreciated only needing to take pain meds for a day and a half. I have now switched to his care for my dysport and lip filler because I appreciate his work. He is gentle, kind and truly cares about his patients. I cannot recommend Dr. Sina enough.

I am thrilled with Dr. Sina work and his nurse Christine Ross. I took my mother to get Botox and Fillers done in her face. Dr. Sina was amazingly gentle and warm with her. Always asking her if she was ok. He explained everything about the process since it was her first time. She was very nervous before but he made her feel very comfortable. Just had a platysmal neck lift and earlobe lobe reduction (from gauged ears) surgery and it went amazing! He’s super sweet and is very informative, I was awake during the surgery (which I thought was a super cool experience). Post surgery I have very little pain, and I’m getting the stitches out in a couple days. Will show before and after pics in a few months when the swelling is down. I might send my hubby over since he wants a facelift and always copies everything I do.

I booked my first appointment with Dr. Sina for lip fillers earlier this month and I ended up booking a second appointment right away for Botox.I hated how last lip injections ended up a couple of years ago (lumps that had to be dissolved) and was nervous to get them done again but Dr. Sina is AMAZING. He gave me a very natural enhancement and great shape. I'm not self conscious about my smile anymoreI came back for Botox and we ended up going with Dysport based on his recommendation. Totally painless, no bruising and also great results.He has a very gentle touch and takes the time to tell you about the product and how it works.His assistant, Vanessa, is just lovely. An excellent practice with an exceptional surgeon and an amazing practice manager! Just over two years ago I was referred to Dr. Sina for a chin implant revision. A somewhat complicated revision, after our consult, I was confident Dr. Sina would deliver a beautiful result as well as provide support, if needed, before and/or after surgery. I went to Dr Sina for the first time I had anything ever done and he made me feel incredibly safe and like anything I did would be to enhance my existing beauty. I wanted to add more protrusion and lift to my nose but had never had any fillers or Botox or surgery so was extremely nervous. He took the time to explain everything go through photos of me of what was possible and realistic and fielded any questions and concerns I had. He also was honest and told me I looked great and didn't need it if I didn't feel comfortable ( this was even after he had spent 20 minutes with me) but I decided to move forward given his great bedside manner. It was pretty fast and painless and I loved the results. It really made such a difference and he has such a fantastic aesthetic eye. My nose looked like my nose but cuter and perkier and was subtle enough so that no one would notice. In the after care, I messaged him about swelling and he was prompt to respond and even had me come back for a tweak for free when things settled and I felt it needed a few drops more. It took about 3 days for the filler to settle but it lasted about 8 months and made a real but natural looking difference to my face. Additionally after I had a negative surgery experience with another dr, dr sina gave me great guidance and referrals who could help with a revision. I should have written this review years ago but after experiencing starkly different car from other DRs I've seen, I felt compelled to really highlight how great he is.
