This is a story with a very happy ending. It all began one year ago when I decided to embark on a research project. It was time to look for a Plastic Surgeon for a facelift, neck lift, and lip lift. At one point, I was considering going out of state and restart the whole process of searching. Until one day I was visiting a friend at a med spa and he told me I needed to make one last stop before I headed out of state, that stop has changed my life. So I set up a consultation with Dr. Sina. I went to see Dr. Sina after I broke my nose. Since I had previously had a septoplasty, I knew this was going to be a complicated surgery. I saw Dr Sina for Dysport about two months ago and I waited awhile to write this review so that I could see how the procedure faded. I can say that I was extremely pleased with the entire process! Dr Sina made me feel comfortable and explained the process in a fun and informative way. The results were better than I expected, especially considering I'd only had Botox before. The effects lasted for a lot longer than usual and I would definitely return. Thank you!

I went to Dr Sina for the first time I had anything ever done and he made me feel incredibly safe and like anything I did would be to enhance my existing beauty. I wanted to add more protrusion and lift to my nose but had never had any fillers or Botox or surgery so was extremely nervous. He took the time to explain everything go through photos of me of what was possible and realistic and fielded any questions and concerns I had. He also was honest and told me I looked great and didn't need it if I didn't feel comfortable ( this was even after he had spent 20 minutes with me) but I decided to move forward given his great bedside manner. It was pretty fast and painless and I loved the results. It really made such a difference and he has such a fantastic aesthetic eye. My nose looked like my nose but cuter and perkier and was subtle enough so that no one would notice. In the after care, I messaged him about swelling and he was prompt to respond and even had me come back for a tweak for free when things settled and I felt it needed a few drops more. It took about 3 days for the filler to settle but it lasted about 8 months and made a real but natural looking difference to my face. The office staff is very personable, as is Dr. Sina. I have a long philtrum (22mm) and a small top lip. Lip filler only exaggerated my issue, so I knew it was time for a lip lift. I was awake the entire procedure but felt zero pain after the numbing injections were used. I didn't even need the prescribed pain medication once I got home. I used Tylenol PM at night and that was all I needed. My husband totally thought I was lying about the pain level - lol. The recovery process was luckily pretty simple outside of not being able to open your mouth very wide for the first few weeks. Straws became dead to me (and still are at 6 weeks post-op). I followed their instructions and had a child's toothbrush on hand and also used a water pick since you can't easily use floss for a few weeks either. After week 3, we did a little laser on the incision line to help the healing - it's nice and flat and healing well. By week 4 things were loosening up a lot with the facial tightness and numbness and by 5 weeks I was feeling really good and mostly normal. I am really happy that Dr. Sina listened to what I wanted and we went conservative on the lip lift (he also wanted to make sure I didn't end up "gummy"). I wanted to still look like me, but better and that's what I feel we accomplished.

Just had a platysmal neck lift and earlobe lobe reduction (from gauged ears) surgery and it went amazing! He’s super sweet and is very informative, I was awake during the surgery (which I thought was a super cool experience). Post surgery I have very little pain, and I’m getting the stitches out in a couple days. Will show before and after pics in a few months when the swelling is down. With great surprise, I had minimal pain and bruising (you can see from my day 5 photo in the cast). I don’t know if I just got lucky, or if Dr. Sina was just very gentle in his process — but I appreciated only needing to take pain meds for a day and a half. I have now switched to his care for my dysport and lip filler because I appreciate his work. He is gentle, kind and truly cares about his patients. I cannot recommend Dr. Sina enough.

I am in the beauty industry and have to work in front of mirrors all day. So constantly staring at yourself you can start to really notice things. I first saw Dr. Mehdi at the Real Self Modern beauty event. I was scared, but the process was not bad at all; they numb your lips. The procedure does not hurt because of the numbing cream. Your lips will be swollen; my lips were bruised; it lasts for two days, and then the day after the treatment, I stood home and did not go to work because it was noticeable that my lips were done. I love them; they look natural and pillowy. I can't wait to do some more work on my face. He walked me through it the process I felt comfortable he made suggestions and listened understood exactly what I wanted. I love my lips they look, and feel so perfect:) less

I had met with other facial plastic surgeons that showed me before/afters of patients where they all had the exact same nose, despite having different facial structures and looks. With great surprise, I had minimal pain and bruising (you can see from my day 5 photo in the cast). I don’t know if I just got lucky, or if Dr. Sina was just very gentle in his process — but I appreciated only needing to take pain meds for a day and a half. I have now switched to his care for my dysport and lip filler because I appreciate his work. He is gentle, kind and truly cares about his patients. I cannot recommend Dr. Sina enough.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sina, he truly is the best plastic surgeon ever. I have been a loyal patient of his for the past 10 years and I would never go to anyone else for my lip filler. Even though I travel from New York to Las Vegas to see him, it is completely worth it for the amazing results he consistently delivers. Dr. Sina has an incredible attention to detail and always knows exactly what I need, never overfilling to achieve the most natural look possible. He has even dissolved filler that migrated in my lips and redone them completely to ensure I am always happy with the results. Additionally, he performed a difficult septoplasty for me about a year and a half ago and the results have been nothing short of amazing. He has done 3 of my friends rhinoplasty as well and each nose looks incredibly natural, didn’t change the look of the person but simply made the adjustments they were looking for aesthetically. I had had several friends go to “famous” very expensive doctors in NY & LA for rhino and now they all look like the same person. Dr. Sina takes what you already have and makes the adjustments you want while keeping your results completely natural. He is kind, and patient, and still all this time post surgery makes sure I’m happy with the results (couldn’t be more happy) and I continue to see him an get an occasional steroid shot. Most recently, Dr. Sina has been doing my jawline filler to make my face more symmetrical and define areas. I couldn’t be more happy with the results! I trust him completely with any concerns I have and he always recommends the best course of action. I cannot recommend Dr. Sina enough - he truly is the best in the business. I went in for botox & fillers and he was very informative about his strategy and explaining his technique. It was my first time with him and he has excellent bedside manner. Something kind of important when going to see a doctor about putting needles in your face. I was very pleased with my results and the overall experience and would gladly recommend him to anyone.

I’ve wanted to get my lips done for a long time but it was important that I find someone who’s work was very natural. After doing my research, I found Dr. Sina at Nuance Aesthetics and I knew I’d be in good hands. I was right and he was incredible. Dr. Sina’s care, diligence, and attention to detail was beyond my expectations. I made it very clear that I wanted a natural boost and he gave me just that. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results.

Where some doctors may overuse fillers that caused a lumpy look, I left looking flawless with zero downtime. I loved the natural looking results while he corrected the little lines and imperfections that bothered me. I first saw Dr. Mehdi at the Real Self Modern beauty event. I was scared, but the process was not bad at all; they numb your lips. The procedure does not hurt because of the numbing cream. Your lips will be swollen; my lips were bruised; it lasts for two days, and then the day after the treatment, I stood home and did not go to work because it was noticeable that my lips were done. I love them; they look natural and pillowy. I can't wait to do some more work on my face. He walked me through it the process I felt comfortable he made suggestions and listened understood exactly what I wanted. I love my lips they look, and feel so perfect:) less

 This was my first time seeing him and second time getting Botox and fillers. I still wanted to look very natural and not that typical filler look. I am in the beauty industry and have to work in front of mirrors all day. So constantly staring at yourself you can start to really notice things. I am very expressive when I speak and had pretty noticeable wrinkles on my forehead because of that and had some natural aging around my eyes . I also wanted my lips a little more plump and full. Dr.Sina listened to everything I had concerns about and what overall look I was going for. Yet again I kept saying I want to look "natural ". He also listened to my hatred for my lack of a better words my nonexistent chin. But I wasn't looking for an actual chin enhancement. He met my expectations more then I can truly express. He was able to get rid of the wrinkles around my eyes and on my forehead, filled my lips just enough and the cherry on top fill my chin a bit to make it more pronounced!!! On top of everything else he was so incredibly thorough and really took his time to map out what he was going to do.Dr. Sina is also very friendly and knowledgeable about taking the proper steps to give a well balanced overall look. I am so pleased with the results and will be going back again , as well as sending clients his way. He even told me if I needed any adjustment to come back in and he will take care of it. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good cosmetic doctor to see Dr. Sina . He's the best!
