I had been wanting to get my nose done for years but was always scared of the outcome. I met with several surgeons and never felt completely comfortable with going through with it until I met Dr Sina! He made me feel so comfortable. He was honest and trustworthy and was so patient with all my questions. He made me feel so confident in the procedure. The results are amazing! I’m so happy I did it! Recovery was seamless and he was always available when I had any recovery questions. I love my nose so much! I referred him to all my friends and will go to him again for any future facial procedures!

I did so very much research and consults before deciding on Dr. Sina for my surgical journey. Simply put, I was in the best hands and felt completely taken care of mind, body, and spirit. One reason I chose to have my procedures (rhinoplasty, deep plane face lift/CO2 laser) with Dr. Sina was his deep commitment to continuing education and dedication to the best and safest surgical techniques and practices. He spends a good deal of his time outside of office hours conferring with other top-tier specialists in this field, attending conferences and seminars worldwide. This was important to me. I didn't want to chase a trend and I certainly wanted to look like "me" but have all the results one desires when considering this type of surgery. His team is an excellent support system. Ashley is his nurse/medical assistant and Michelle is office manager and coordinator. Both will treat you with great care, accommodating of your time and sensitive to your questions and needs.I rarely write reviews but felt it was really important to offer my experience as he is the type of surgeon I'd want my loved ones or dear friends to treat. I thought perhaps this review might help someone who is unsure or educating themselves on the possibility of facial/neck procedures? I really could write so much more specific feedback on why I chose Dr. Sina. Simply put, I trust him.He prioritizes safety and being at the top of his game in the surgical arts. Dr. Sina and his team treated me with respect and care each at every interaction. The door is still open and always will be should I have questions or concerns about my procedure in March 2026.

Dr. Sina is hands down the best facial plastic surgeon in Las Vegas! Dr. Sina did a revision of a revision of a revision on my nose! I could not be happier with my results! I just wish I had found him sooner! Not only is he an incredible surgeon, he truly cares about his patients and their results. He goes out of his way to make sure they are recovering well, he even gives his cell phone number in case a patient needs anything post- surgery. I have never met a surgeon who is as skilled and cares as much as Dr. Sina. Dr. Sina made much needed changes that improved my overall look and breathing, but made it subtle enough so that people that know me wouldn’t know I had surgery (if I didn’t already tell them). With great surprise, I had minimal pain and bruising (you can see from my day 5 photo in the cast). Back in 2015 Dr. Sina did my very first lip injections. I already have pretty full lips but I wanted to plump them up a little bit and even out my bottom lip. I was very nervous at first but Dr. Sina made me feel very comfortable and I was so impressed with the outcome. I was prepared to fly out to LA to get a lip lift consult but decided to meet with a few local doctors first. I am really glad I did since my research led me to Dr. Sina at Nuance Plastic Surgery. The office staff is very personable, as is Dr. Sina. I have a long philtrum (22mm) and a small top lip. Lip filler only exaggerated my issue, so I knew it was time for a lip lift. I was awake the entire procedure but felt zero pain after the numbing injections were used. I didn't even need the prescribed pain medication once I got home. I used Tylenol PM at night and that was all I needed. My husband totally thought I was lying about the pain level - lol. The recovery process was luckily pretty simple outside of not being able to open your mouth very wide for the first few weeks. Straws became dead to me (and still are at 6 weeks post-op). I followed their instructions and had a child's toothbrush on hand and also used a water pick since you can't easily use floss for a few weeks either. After week 3, we did a little laser on the incision line to help the healing - it's nice and flat and healing well. By week 4 things were loosening up a lot with the facial tightness and numbness and by 5 weeks I was feeling really good and mostly normal. I am really happy that Dr. Sina listened to what I wanted and we went conservative on the lip lift (he also wanted to make sure I didn't end up "gummy"). I wanted to still look like me, but better and that's what I feel we accomplished.

Dr. Mehdi Sina performed my Chin Augmentation Surgery, and I could not be happier with my results. It looks so natural, and I virtually have no scar- really, I can’t find it! I followed him from NYC to Vegas. I do not trust anyone else with my face – you only have one face, people!! He is a meticulous perfectionist and a master of his craft.

I first saw Dr. Mehdi at the Real Self Modern beauty event. I was scared, but the process was not bad at all; they numb your lips. The procedure does not hurt because of the numbing cream. Your lips will be swollen; my lips were bruised; it lasts for two days, and then the day after the treatment, I stood home and did not go to work because it was noticeable that my lips were done. I love them; they look natural and pillowy. I can't wait to do some more work on my face. After only one treatment, all I can only say I wish I had done it sooner! I am fairly tall with a thin athletic build and workout regularly but had this persistent little fat pouch under my chin. After only one treatment of Kybella it is completely gone and the downtime was minimal with only minor swelling for about a week... So worth it!

Just had a platysmal neck lift and earlobe lobe reduction (from gauged ears) surgery and it went amazing! He’s super sweet and is very informative, I was awake during the surgery (which I thought was a super cool experience). Post surgery I have very little pain, and I’m getting the stitches out in a couple days. Will show before and after pics in a few months when the swelling is down. I might send my hubby over since he wants a facelift and always copies everything I do.

What I appreciated the most is that he made sure I still looked like me, but an improved version. Dr. Sina made much needed changes that improved my overall look and breathing, but made it subtle enough so that people that know me wouldn’t know I had surgery (if I didn’t already tell them). I had met with other facial plastic surgeons that showed me before/afters of patients where they all had the exact same nose, despite having different facial structures and looks.

I am thrilled with Dr. Sina work and his nurse Christine Ross. I took my mother to get Botox and Fillers done in her face. Dr. Sina was amazingly gentle and warm with her.
