Totally worth it – I still look like me, but better! I was prepared to fly out to LA to get a lip lift consult but decided to meet with a few local doctors first. I am really glad I did since my research led me to Dr. Sina. I am really happy that Dr. Sina listened to what I wanted, and we went conservative on the lip lift. I wanted to still look like me, but better, and that’s what I feel we accomplished.

Dr. Sina is meticulous and a perfectionist. He goes the extra mile to make sure his patients get the best possible results and follows up as well. I was procrastinating for a bit before I finally decided on getting the procedure. I did not want to look fake or overdone and he made sure that was not the case. You can tell he really cares about his patients and their outcome. Unfortunately, within a week after the procedure I got hit with a ton of family issues that are still going on BUT I wanted to at least post this since it is long overdue. The best, and I truly mean the BEST, surgeon. I had a rhino/septoplasty done in August of 2023, and I could not be happier with my nose. My new nose quite literally changed my life… I was in a car accident 2 months after my surgery. This accident broke my freshly healed nose, and I contacted Dr. Sina immediately about this. Within a few days, he was fixing my nose and had it looking exactly the way it did before the accident in no time. Thank you, Dr. Sina!

The office staff is very personable, as is Dr. Sina. I have a long philtrum (22mm) and a small top lip. Lip filler only exaggerated my issue, so I knew it was time for a lip lift. I was awake the entire procedure but felt zero pain after the numbing injections were used. I didn't even need the prescribed pain medication once I got home. I used Tylenol PM at night and that was all I needed. My husband totally thought I was lying about the pain level - lol. The recovery process was luckily pretty simple outside of not being able to open your mouth very wide for the first few weeks. Straws became dead to me (and still are at 6 weeks post-op). I followed their instructions and had a child's toothbrush on hand and also used a water pick since you can't easily use floss for a few weeks either. After week 3, we did a little laser on the incision line to help the healing - it's nice and flat and healing well. By week 4 things were loosening up a lot with the facial tightness and numbness and by 5 weeks I was feeling really good and mostly normal. I am really happy that Dr. Sina listened to what I wanted and we went conservative on the lip lift (he also wanted to make sure I didn't end up "gummy"). I wanted to still look like me, but better and that's what I feel we accomplished.

With great surprise, I had minimal pain and bruising (you can see from my day 5 photo in the cast). I don’t know if I just got lucky, or if Dr. Sina was just very gentle in his process — but I appreciated only needing to take pain meds for a day and a half. I have now switched to his care for my dysport and lip filler because I appreciate his work. He is gentle, kind and truly cares about his patients. I cannot recommend Dr. Sina enough.

Even when I inquired about different treatments, Dr. Sina provided genuine feedback and his professional opinion on what would be best for me, sometimes that even meant not recommending getting anything done. You can tell a doctor knows and cares about what they’re doing when they suggest what’s best for you and not best for business…

Your lips will be swollen; my lips were bruised; it lasts for two days, and then the day after the treatment, I stood home and did not go to work because it was noticeable that my lips were done. I love them; they look natural and pillowy. I can't wait to do some more work on my face. I've been receiving botox treatments from Dr. Sina for many years now and recently decided to give Kybella a try to treat my double-chin. After only one treatment, all I can only say I wish I had done it sooner! I am fairly tall with a thin athletic build and workout regularly but had this persistent little fat pouch under my chin. After only one treatment of Kybella it is completely gone and the downtime was minimal with only minor swelling for about a week... So worth it!

I went to Dr Sina for the first time I had anything ever done and he made me feel incredibly safe and like anything I did would be to enhance my existing beauty. I wanted to add more protrusion and lift to my nose but had never had any fillers or Botox or surgery so was extremely nervous. He took the time to explain everything go through photos of me of what was possible and realistic and fielded any questions and concerns I had. He also was honest and told me I looked great and didn't need it if I didn't feel comfortable ( this was even after he had spent 20 minutes with me) but I decided to move forward given his great bedside manner. It was pretty fast and painless and I loved the results. It really made such a difference and he has such a fantastic aesthetic eye. My nose looked like my nose but cuter and perkier and was subtle enough so that no one would notice. In the after care, I messaged him about swelling and he was prompt to respond and even had me come back for a tweak for free when things settled and I felt it needed a few drops more. It took about 3 days for the filler to settle but it lasted about 8 months and made a real but natural looking difference to my face. Additionally after I had a negative surgery experience with another dr, dr sina gave me great guidance and referrals who could help with a revision. Dr. Sina is a truly exceptional plastic surgeon. Kind, caring, and a great listener, he puts his patients at ease from the start.  This was my first time seeing him and second time getting Botox and fillers. I still wanted to look very natural and not that typical filler look. I am in the beauty industry and have to work in front of mirrors all day. So constantly staring at yourself you can start to really notice things. I am very expressive when I speak and had pretty noticeable wrinkles on my forehead because of that and had some natural aging around my eyes . I also wanted my lips a little more plump and full. Dr.Sina listened to everything I had concerns about and what overall look I was going for. Yet again I kept saying I want to look "natural ". He also listened to my hatred for my lack of a better words my nonexistent chin. But I wasn't looking for an actual chin enhancement. He met my expectations more then I can truly express. He was able to get rid of the wrinkles around my eyes and on my forehead, filled my lips just enough and the cherry on top fill my chin a bit to make it more pronounced!!! On top of everything else he was so incredibly thorough and really took his time to map out what he was going to do.Dr. Sina is also very friendly and knowledgeable about taking the proper steps to give a well balanced overall look. I have been a loyal patient of his for the past 10 years and I would never go to anyone else for my lip filler. Even though I travel from New York to Las Vegas to see him, it is completely worth it for the amazing results he consistently delivers. Dr. Sina is a top tier surgeon. My results were even better than I had hoped for. He is extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. There is no scaring and no visible evidence where the incisions were made. I had consulted with several plastic surgeons who were very pessimistic as to what they could do for me. He was honest and trustworthy and was so patient with all my questions. He made me feel so confident in the procedure. The results are amazing! I’m so happy I did it! Recovery was seamless and he was always available when I had any recovery questions. I love my nose so much! I referred him to all my friends and will go to him again for any future facial procedures!

I was prepared to fly out to LA to get a lip lift consult but decided to meet with a few local doctors first. I am really glad I did since my research led me to Dr. Sina at Nuance Plastic Surgery. The office staff is very personable, as is Dr. Sina. I have a long philtrum (22mm) and a small top lip. Lip filler only exaggerated my issue, so I knew it was time for a lip lift. I was awake the entire procedure but felt zero pain after the numbing injections were used. I didn't even need the prescribed pain medication once I got home. I used Tylenol PM at night and that was all I needed. My husband totally thought I was lying about the pain level - lol. The recovery process was luckily pretty simple outside of not being able to open your mouth very wide for the first few weeks. Straws became dead to me (and still are at 6 weeks post-op). I followed their instructions and had a child's toothbrush on hand and also used a water pick since you can't easily use floss for a few weeks either. After week 3, we did a little laser on the incision line to help the healing - it's nice and flat and healing well. By week 4 things were loosening up a lot with the facial tightness and numbness and by 5 weeks I was feeling really good and mostly normal. I am really happy that Dr. Sina listened to what I wanted and we went conservative on the lip lift (he also wanted to make sure I didn't end up "gummy"). I wanted to still look like me, but better and that's what I feel we accomplished.

The doctor did an amazing job and was so professional. Will go back to see him. So happy to get this amazing doctor and hope to see him soon. he made it pain and carefree. Won't see anyone else.

I wanted to wait a bit to write my review to see how my lips turned out.Needless to say I am SO HAPPY with them. I was terrified of getting lip filler because I've seen it go wrong so many times, but after a lot of research I found Dr. Sina and decided, why not? They came out looking beyond natural, literally just a nicer version of my lips. I will definitely be returning for lip filler and trying botox before my wedding. Another thing I loved was not getting more treatments pushed on me. Even when I inquired about different treatments, Dr. Sina provided genuine feedback and his professional opinion on what would be best for me, sometimes that even meant not recommending getting anything done. You can tell a doctor knows and cares about what they're doing when they suggest what's best for you and not best for business.

I did so very much research and consults before deciding on Dr. Sina for my surgical journey. Simply put, I was in the best hands and felt completely taken care of mind, body, and spirit. One reason I chose to have my procedures (rhinoplasty, deep plane face lift/CO2 laser) with Dr. Sina was his deep commitment to continuing education and dedication to the best and safest surgical techniques and practices. He spends a good deal of his time outside of office hours conferring with other top-tier specialists in this field, attending conferences and seminars worldwide. This was important to me. I didn't want to chase a trend and I certainly wanted to look like "me" but have all the results one desires when considering this type of surgery. His team is an excellent support system. Ashley is his nurse/medical assistant and Michelle is office manager and coordinator. Both will treat you with great care, accommodating of your time and sensitive to your questions and needs.I rarely write reviews but felt it was really important to offer my experience as he is the type of surgeon I'd want my loved ones or dear friends to treat. I thought perhaps this review might help someone who is unsure or educating themselves on the possibility of facial/neck procedures? I really could write so much more specific feedback on why I chose Dr. Sina. Simply put, I trust him.He prioritizes safety and being at the top of his game in the surgical arts. Dr. Sina and his team treated me with respect and care each at every interaction. The door is still open and always will be should I have questions or concerns about my procedure in March 2026.
