From the front view, this patient disliked that her nose was crooked and that her nasal tip was wide and poorly defined and that her nostrils were too wide. From the profile view, she disliked that her nose stuck out too far from her face, the bump on her profile and the round and droopy nasal tip. She also wanted to permanently add volume and fullness to her top lip while simultaneously improving symmetry in her top lip. We performed a rhinoplasty, alar base reduction and a lip lift to give her a more feminine nasal appearance as well as a more symmetric and pouty upper lip.
