This patient was bothered by the distance between the base of her nose and her top lip, she felt that it aged her and she also wanted a mild degree of tooth show in repose. Furthermore, she wanted her top lip to look more plump. We performed a lip lift to shorten the length of her philtrum, give her some tooth show at rest and add volume to her top lip.
