This patient had a chronic medical condition that caused weight gain and also prohibited her from receiving general anesthesia. Unfortunately, due to her condition, she gained a significant amount of weight and she was very bothered by the fullness in her chin and neck. We performed a submental liposuction on her to help reduce the fat accumulation and heaviness in her neck.
