This patient was bothered by her under eye bags as well as the sagging cheeks, jowls, marionette lines, loss of definition along the jawline, and sagging fat and muscle in the neck. We performed an extended deep-plane face and neck lift, a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, and a full-face CO2 laser resurfacing to achieve our aesthetic goals.
