This patient was bothered by the symmetric prominences along the bridge of her nose in both the front and three-quarter views. She also wanted to reduce the small hump on the bridge of her nose and narrow and define her nasal tip. We performed a rhinoplasty to help her achieve her goal of having a small, cute nose that better fit her other facial features.
